11.11
LAUNCH DEALS.

These offers are for qualifying purchases made through the Alpha Works Malaysia online store while the 11.11 campaign is advertised and allocated stocks last. No fixed campaign end date has been announced. Any closing date or change to availability will be communicated on this website.

Each offer applies only to the named models and bundle contents. Availability of individual products outside a campaign bundle does not guarantee that the bundle or its free gift is available.

Select “Choose colours & view deal”, then choose the available colour for each item before adding the offer to your bag. For stereo pairs, each speaker has its own colour selection. Only the selected, available combination can be purchased.

Check the model, colour, quantity and order summary before paying. Poster colours are illustrative; the colour names you select determine your order. Colour appearance may vary between screens.

• LITE 600 + one FREE CURVE 100: RM157.
• W88 + one FREE FLEX 680: RM1,189.
• RIDE + one FREE FLEX 100: RM209.
• W38 + one FREE LITE 600: RM592.
• FLEX 680 + one FREE CURVE 300: RM264.

Each qualifying bundle includes one main product and one specified gift. Select the corresponding campaign bundle; buying the main product separately does not automatically qualify for the gift.

The FREE FLEX 100 is one pair of earbuds in either Lightning or Tronics design, supplied at random subject to availability. Both designs may appear in the artwork for illustration; you receive one pair, with no design selection. Gift models form part of the stated offer and are not exchangeable for cash.

SONIK Stereo Power-Up includes two SONIK speakers for RM552 total: RM353 for the first speaker + RM199 for the second. SONIK PLUS Stereo Power-Up includes two SONIK PLUS speakers, with their included microphones, for RM671 total: RM472 + RM199.

The RM199 price applies only to the second matching model within the corresponding two-speaker campaign bundle. It is not a standalone speaker price, a mixed SONIK/SONIK PLUS pair, or a third-speaker price. Choose each speaker’s colour separately, subject to stock.

SONIK Solo Steal provides RM35.30 off one eligible SONIK per order, giving an effective price of RM317.70. Additional SONIK units are RM353 each.

SONIK PLUS Solo Steal provides RM47.20 off one eligible SONIK PLUS per order, giving an effective price of RM424.80. Additional SONIK PLUS units are RM472 each.

The Solo Steal saving does not reduce the first-speaker price in a Stereo Power-Up bundle and is not applied to a unit already included in another promotional bundle. Check that the eligible campaign saving is reflected in the checkout total before paying. Contact us if it is missing.

During the campaign, the eligible Solo saving is applied automatically in your cart and at checkout. No discount code is required.

11.11 campaign offers cannot be combined with other discount codes or other promotions. An additional voucher, order discount, product discount or promotional shipping discount cannot be added on top of an 11.11 offer.

The stated Solo Steal saving and the Stereo Power-Up second-speaker offer are separate offers and cannot be applied to the same qualifying purchase.

All campaign prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Check the complete checkout total, including any applicable delivery charges, before confirming payment. Campaign prices do not promise free delivery.

Delivery coverage, shipping charges and estimated delivery times follow our published Shipping Policy. Sale-period or courier delays may occur; estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed delivery appointments. Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address and contact number.

For a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible before dispatch. Change-of-mind returns, including a change of preferred model or colour, follow the store’s published Refund & Return Policy.

For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us promptly with your order number and supporting details. For an approved return that removes eligibility for a bundle saving or gift, the gift may need to be returned or the refund recalculated as explained in that policy. Contact our team for the applicable return instructions before sending items back.

These promotional terms do not exclude or restrict rights and remedies available under applicable Malaysian consumer law.

Products carry a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects, subject to the published warranty terms. Shipping, refunds and returns follow our existing published store policies. Keep your order confirmation, proof of purchase and product serial numbers for support or warranty enquiries. A promotional price does not remove applicable consumer rights.

Contact hello@alphaworksaudiomy.com with your order number, model and selected colours if you need help with an offer, missing gift, delivery or after-sales support.

Any updated campaign terms will be displayed on this website for future purchases. Updates do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an order already placed.
