Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery coverage

Alpha Works delivers throughout Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

2. Order processing

Orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 working days.

Orders received after our daily cut-off time, on weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day and dispatched within 1–2 working days thereafter.

3. Shipping charges

Our standard shipping rates are:

• Peninsular Malaysia: RM5.00 - RM 10.00 per order
• Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan: RM10.00 - RM 15.00 per order

All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), inclusive of applicable taxes. Additional courier charges may apply to remote or restricted locations. We may run seasonal free shipping from time to time.

We may offer free shipping during selected promotions. Eligible offers will be displayed on our website and applied at checkout. Standard shipping rates apply outside these promotions.

4. Estimated delivery times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Klang Valley: 2–3 working days
• Other areas in Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 working days
• Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan: 3–7 working days
• Remote and interior areas: 5–10 working days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the courier’s operations. Deliveries are made during the courier’s operating hours.

5. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

If your tracking status has not changed for three consecutive working days, please contact us so we can follow up with the courier.

6. Delivery address

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you need to update your address, contact us by email or WhatsApp before receiving your dispatch confirmation. Once the parcel has been handed to the courier, address changes may no longer be possible. Any redirection is subject to the courier’s approval and may incur additional charges.

Alpha Works cannot take responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

7. Remote and restricted locations

Deliveries to certain remote or restricted locations may require additional shipping fees or longer delivery times. We will contact you if additional charges apply or if your address is outside our courier’s service coverage.

8. Damaged, lost or missing parcels

Damaged parcels

Please inspect your parcel upon arrival, where possible. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within three days of delivery and provide photos of the outer packaging, shipping label and affected items.

An unboxing video is encouraged to help us assess the issue and support any courier claim.

Parcels marked as delivered but not received

If tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within three days of the delivery update.

We will raise an investigation with the courier, which typically takes 7–14 working days.

Lost parcels

If you suspect your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and tracking details so we can investigate with the courier.

9. Peak periods and delivery delays

During major sales campaigns, festive seasons and other peak periods, delivery may take an additional 2–5 working days.

Delays may also occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, flooding, natural disasters, courier disruptions, road closures or government restrictions. We will assist with tracking and courier follow-ups where possible.
